Patricia is a career and personal coach with over ten years experience in business, recruitment and human resources. Her educational qualifications include a BSc in Business Information Systems from U.C.C., a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Dublin Business School and a Diploma in Life and Business Coaching from the Irish Lifecoach Institute.

Outside of Ireland, she has worked in America, New Zealand, Bolivia and France. Her HR experience includes working in the travel industry as a HR Executive for USIT in Dublin, as a HR advisor for the film post production company, Park Road Post owned by Peter Jackson in New Zealand. She has also worked as an in-house recruiter for the multinational computer company, Apple and in the e-commerce industry for Sportingbetireland.

As an in-house recruiter for Apple, she interviewed more than 1,000 people from across Europe, using behavioural interview event techniques. Her background in recruitment has ensured that the CV writing and interview skills training that she provides enables people to clearly demonstrate unique skills to their prospective employers.

Her strength is her ability to actively listen to those she coaches and her strong intuitive ability to understand and relate to people of all walks of life, so that she can quickly help people take positive action. She is passionate about gently assisting clients to work through issues and to identify and achieve changes in their life, that will enhance them.
